oh, hey
I’m a photographer and filmmaker devoted to beautiful, refreshing images. I’ve worked for leading chefs of the New York City restaurant industry including Mario Batali, Mark Ladner, and Matt Abdoo, and was the house photographer for award-winning and critically acclaimed restaurants including Del Posto, Babbo and Casa Mono. I’m currently a Brooklyn-based freelancer, specializing in food and lifestyle photos, and frequently shoot for The Infatuation and Wüsthof. My photography has been featured in The New York Times, Tasting Table, The Infatuation, Food52, Time Out New York, Lucky Peach, and In Style, as well as in cookbooks and websites.
I’m also an experienced video producer, DP, and editor, and have worked on projects ranging from music videos to television series to feature films. My video series, “How-To Tuesday” (produced for Mario Batali), won a Webby Award in 2014. I specialize in micro-team production, creating digital video and styled photos from start to finish.
I also have my certification in bareboat sailing and occasionally build things out of wood.
